This house in the Hillcrest area needed an updated yard for entertaining. Built on a hillside, Landscape Logic had some challenges to deal with. We set a design in place that incorporated three terraced levels for a spa, sun deck, a fire pit, and a view deck. All worked out amazingly well and we also created a water-wise garden for the front yard to compliment the back yard.

This is a raised fire pit with lava pebble. In the background we added a rock waterfall flanked by cyperus papyrus. We also painted the existing fence grey to give it a more modern look and to show off the plants with a more drastic contrast. By Tony Vitale

This is a BEFORE photo of where the new spa will be built. We had to reconstruct an existing retaining wall to create a lower tier.

We rebuilt an existing deck using new Trex composite decking; added stainless steel wire railing and painted everything grey to give a more modern look. The pavers are also a new addition to the patio. By Tony Vitale
